Americana Park Volunteer Planting Day April 29 and 30, 2016
The Friends of Accotink Creek and DPWES invite you to join them this Friday & Saturday, April 29th & 30th, from 9 to noon, at Americana Park in Annandale to expand the meadow restoration started in Spring 2015.
Volunteers are needed to plant 1000 plugs of grasses and wildflowers to supplement the seeding that was completed this week. We will be working outside - dress for the weather, and bring snacks and water!
