NVCT holds one conservation easement in the City of Falls Church: the Scout Building and its surrounding open space. It protects a community landmark built in 1941 that was used by local scout and neighborhood groups. The property borders a stream and is adjacent to a neighborhood park, and includes a trail that links to the Washington & Old Dominion Trail just a few blocks away.
