Please Join the Friends of Little Hunting Creek and the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust for regularly-scheduled invasive pulls at NVCT's Little Hunting Creek Preserve (8610 Stockton Parkway) on Saturday afternoons (weather permitting) from 1 to 3, beginning January 25th.

About the event
Please Join the Friends of Little Hunting Creek and the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust for regularly-scheduled invasive pulls at NVCT's Little Hunting Creek Preserve (8610 Stockton Parkway) on Saturday afternoons (weather permitting) from 1 to 3, beginning January 25th.
Sessions will include an orientation with NVCT staff explaining what to look for and what to do about it. Dress for the weather with layers you can remove as you warm up. Please wear sturdy shoes--it can be muddy--and bring gloves.
If you have a hand clipper, a long-handled lopper, and/or a small saw, bring them with you. (We'll also have loaner tools available). High schoolers in need of community service credits are also welcome!
